What is really new about this day? Why New Year? Today is Sunday and it is still the same day as that of last year, the only change is our MiNDSET. We believed we are entering into a new phase and we have another set goals, visions, aspirations and plans. We looked back to where we haven't done well last year and try to adjust this year.        Now, major thing we need is not necessarily a new set goals but just insisting on existing goals.
