February 14, Love or lust celebration?

Happy Valentine to everyone. Hope you are having a great day today? Wahala for who no get Val☹️☹️☹️, but that is nothing to worry about, Self love comes first at least, working on that will go a long way👌👌👌.

Today I will like to talk about February 14, the date that has been marked as a day to celebrate love in the whole world. Love in the air ✌️, love everywhere❤️❤️. But the concern is that, are we celebrating love or lust?

Lovers that don't even gift or say ' I love you' will do that today and maybe wait till next year Val celebration to repeat the same. 

The point is should love be shown just for a day to someone you love or everyday? Love is a deeper sensation and feeling you have towards someone or people, and I want to believe that a day is limited to show how much you love someone or people around you.

If you decide to give in to pressure, loose guard and lay- low your standard all in the name of celebration, I doubt if you are celebrating love.

The nature of love is Patience, kindness, meekness, gentleness, I can go on and on to mention  them. 

A day is too short to celebrate love, it is what you should do every day, don't wait for every Feb 14, to celebrate your loved ones. Moreover, If your February 14 is to satisfy another person's gratified desires, selfish ambition, lust and lack of self control, I am scared you are not celebrating love but LUST. 

Conclusively, February 14 will come and go but the impact either negatively or positively will remain forever.
