Both the Jailer and the Jailed are both locked up( From Jailer - A movie).

Why have you not forgiven that guy that breaks your heart? Why are you still locking him up in the prison of your heart? 

Over my dead body will I forgive her, she cheated on me and broke my heart 😢😢😢😢😥😥.

Yes, I know. Your Dad was not there for you. You said he is not responsible and so you have vouch not to take care of him or attend to him if he comes to you for help.

Okay..... Let me kuku say your mind darling. Your own case is different.  Yes, it's your own mother, your biological mother who refused to be there for you when you needed her the most.  I can imagine and feel your pains.

Can you just let it go? 🤮🤮🤮. 

If it requires you cry it out, please do.

If it requires you write it as a book and publish, please do.

Better still, if it requires you go to a studio, sing it as a song, pour it out and be free .

You gain nothing if you imprison offenders in the jail of your heart, in the same vein you loose nothing if you forgive them.  Forgiveness makes your healing process fast and quick.

Now, the next is Okay... I will try and forgive him or her, but I can never forget.

Is it possible for human to forgive and forget?

True forgiveness is when someone hurts you and whenever you think about them, you feel no revenge for their transgressions, Forgive, it costs you nothing.
