Prayer works. It really does and God answers prayers.

This practical example is a proof that assures me that prayer works.

While I was still in school, I called my Dad that I needed some amount of money which he responded well.

I sent my account details and he credited my account but the funniest part was that I was unable to access the money not untill the following day.

Even though he had sent the money, I  was unable to receive the alert not untill the following day and for the fact that I had received the alert, I still need to go to the ATM stand to withdraw the money👁️👁️.

This is not also different from God. Most times, when we approach God to make a request, we can be sure that He answers us ( in as much we pray according to His will) imagine me asking my Dad to send me two million naira 🙈🙈🙈😄😄.

The moment my Dad sent the money, I can be bold to say that I now have money but I can't access it untill I received the alert and this prompts me to go to ATM stand to withdraw my money.

The period between when we pray and receives our answers is called the waiting period. What makes our waiting periods easier is just for us to know that we can't do anything about it than to calm down ( take a chill drink😄😄😄 and rest).

If I haven't receive the alert and my Dad has sent the money, I can't do anything about it than to relax and wait till I receive the alert.

Imagine after receiving the alert and on getting to bank, I met a large queue, what can I do than to join the line as I patiently wait for my turn.

Some people's waiting period before they access their answers to their request can be a day ( just in my case), weeks, months or years as the case maybe.

God is working. We may not see it nor feel it but we can be sure that He is working behind the scene. As we patiently wait upon Him, let our souls find rest in Him.
